Antonia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling. Currently, they are pursuing a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy with a concentration in Diversity and Social Justice on a Global Context. With extensive experience in the social services field, Antonia has worked in substance use counseling, family shelters and homelessness services, group facilitation, detox centers, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) facilities.
Antonia also has significant experience collaborating with emergency personnel as part of the Crisis Intervention Team and the R.I.G.H.T Care team, specializing in emergency psychiatric services. Their work in these roles underscores a strong commitment to crisis intervention and supporting individuals during critical moments of need. A skilled group facilitator, Antonia creates transformative sessions that promote resilience and growth while addressing the unique challenges faced by diverse populations.
